Indicate the vehicle stock numbers of your choice and send the enquiry to us via e-mail or fax. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with the following detail:-

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Intended port of destination
  • Contact numbers

We will then prepare and send an invoice indicating vehicle description, price, shipment details and other relevant information.Stocks will be reserved once the customer acknowledges our invoice and send it back to us.

To validate the purchase, customers will have to pay a 50% deposit of total invoice before shipment will be arranged.

Full payment should be made one week after the vessel has sailed. Copies of the Bill of Lading (BL) and invoices will be faxed to the customer once the vessel departs. Once full payment is received, we will immediately send the Original Invoices, Bill Of Lading (BL) and Original Vehicle Deregistration Documents by courier service (e.g. DHL, Fedex , UPS, etc…).

We do not accept credit or partial payments. We do accept fax copies of your bank remittance advice as proof of payment. Payment by telegraphic/electronic transfer (TT) from bank to bank is acceptable. Payment by credit cards or cheques is not acceptable.
